Why I hate offroad biking in GTA 5

I love taking a motorbike outdoors in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online and taking in the scenery.  What I don’t like is falling off it every 15 seconds.

In this video the idea was the hit the fence, skim the vehicle and ride off into the distance.  As it happened Pete pulled off a gnarly flip and really messed up the landing.
